What Gems and Coins buy in Huss Valley
Spend Gems on a permanent ability and Coins on one consumable. Prices below are the ones Pro Game Guides and Bloxodes both print. Single-page Robux prices stay out of the selected table.
Gems unlock permanent abilities, Coins buy one consumable, and the shared Gem prices are the six listed by Pro Game Guides and Bloxodes.
Sportskeeda says both currencies are paid from match performance. Gems can also be picked up on the arena while you are a Runner. Coins are only for consumables. Pro Game Guides agrees and says only one consumable can be equipped.

Prices left out on purpose
MMORocks also lists Cloak at 1,000 Gems or 999 Robux, an Inflatable Decoy at 750 Gems, and Coin prices for consumables. That page says the shop abilities it is describing are in the Runner category, which conflicts with the Runner and Chaser split in Pro Game Guides and Bloxodes. Those Robux figures and the decoy are not treated as confirmed here.
